Training & Recruitment | Permanently Denied
The Los Santos Police Department has introduced a "Permanently Denied" system which consists of individuals who are (quite self explanatory) permanently denied from en-listing within the Department. There are usually various reasons why people are added to the list, but if you are you may NOT inquire about getting removed from it, you're on it for a reason.
